Well, a year has passed and we've all survived! Oscar is continuing to learn new things and his personality is getting cheekier by the day... He is on the verge of walking, although panics if you encourage him to move when he's not holding onto anything, so all in his own time, he will get there quickly I'm sure. His first birthday was great, we had a party at our place on the saturday before with other children and their parents, and then we had a nice family gathering on his actual birthday on the sunday. He was spoilt like crazy and loved being surrounded by the other kids, at times just sitting in awe watching the older ones move about and play around him. Watching him experience his first cupcake was an experience in itself, I bet you'll never guess which on he had! All in all both days were very special.
